No, it's a wonderful car but they priced it at around 25k for a reason

I know someone that shipped his car for $5k from the U.S. to Korea. So if you really wanted it, that would be cheaper. If you aren't staying for a long time, I would try to find something cheap to get you through.

Frs is definitely not 25k out the door. If it was I would have one already. Love the car, but waiting for it to be worth the price tag.

Apparently that has happened in the past and a call to corporate fixed the issue. The dealership went down to the correct price. I don't remember who told us on here, but it should be fixable.

I just bought mine a few weeks ago with a few thousand miles on it for $20k. I love it, but there's not way I would have paid $40k

There's a reason why dealerships in Jacksonville have so many FR-S models on their lots - no one wants to buy them starting at $30,000.

@OP: If you can eat the taxes and sending the FR-S to Korea, I would strongly recommend that. It would be considerably more cost effective rather than dropping $40k on a $25k car.
Back a few years ago here in Tampa the Honda dealers tried the same thing on my with the Civic Si when it came out again. It was like a $7k mark-up!
