2016 Scion iA Repair Manual

Can anybody tell me where to get a Repair Manual for a Scion iA 2016?

PDF or CD I prefer to pay once and not a subscription type of access to technical information.

Should be Available at your local Toyota Dealer.

Check with the Parts Dept. for Price and Availability.
