Default P0011 P0012 Now P0300-P0304 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

My 2006 Scion Tc started out with my rpm's started moving up and down between 850-2500 rpm's when I would disengage the clutch coming up on a stop. Replaced clutch in March this year with a stage 2 ClutchMax Clutch Kit. Made the mistake of upgrade instead of OE spec and thought maybe the reason why my idle was off. No codes and still ran great when accelerating and driving 5th on the highway. About a month ago my rpm's would drop all the way down and shut off when I disengaged the clutch and would not shut off if I put it in N. position. Check engine light came on with P0011 and P0012. I have access to AllData and Idenifix programs at work and began replacing things that could be the issue. New Throttle Body (OE Manufactured), Camshaft Postion Sensor, VVT solenoid, and Oil Change. Had a difficult time getting any information on TB relearn procedure with a manual transmission. Still not sure if it was right, but now it will have a very rough idle and won't stay running with P0011 and codes P0300-P0304. Misfire in all cylinders and says fuel injectiors is the issue. But one thing that comes up in all of codes is a Camshaft/Timing issue. Need help from someone with similar experience and what was done to fix it. I have been told the engine needs replaced and something I'm prepared to do but trying all options. Thanks for reading my novel
