Default Power steering system motor fluid for Scion IA 2016

Hey All,

Apologies in advance this is my first post and im needing some assistance. Basically my scion IA started leaking onto the mat of the drivers side and it turned out according to toyota that its the motor from the power steering system. They do not sell a new motor separately so i would have to buy the whole system and get it replaced which toyota estimated at 2700. From what i understand, every component is fine but whatever oil or substance leaked out of the system toyota doesnt know what it is. I went to a couple of toyota delareships and called corporate with no luck. Anyone here know exactly what fluid this is so i can just refill it and seal it and not have to spend a ton of money for something that seems like can be fixed a much easier way? Thanks for all the help

Below is the entire part for reference:

and a picture of my car that toyota took.
