Hello everyone, thank you for your help. I just bought a blank key fob to have as a spare and had Home Depot cut it. It works fine, starts the car no problem,
but I can't get the car into program mode to add the radio transmitter to open and close the locks.
I used a method I found online of putting the key in the ignition a certain amount of times and closing/opening the doors, etc.

Any tips?

hey...is this the MOZB52TH key? wondering if i can buy online and have it work. did you figure how to program for opening and locking?

 

It’s just a key from eBay. I did figure out how to program it in my tech stream software

 

What Year / Model Scion? eBay/Amazon are asking for info.
