IQ won't be here until 2012......
Scion brass won't speculate on when the iQ will actually be launched, which makes sense since Toyota hasn't yet figured out when it can resume a full production schedule post-earthquake. The current word is that North America's iQ might not hit dealers until early 2012. This postponement marks the second time Scion has delayed the iQ's launch, and the third time the company has reportedly changed its mind about the car's on-sale timing.

I was hoping the IQ would be eligible for the college grad discount like the XD and XB. It looks like by the time it gets here that promo will have expired though.

I'm not trying to be the forebearer of bad information, but my perspective is that Toyota will get a decent load of IQ's to North America, most likely by March-April 2012 , just in time as gas prices tend to go up (April/ May, again in end July-Aug.). They'll be playing the gasoline/ $ per barrel of crude oil game, of how can we sell all units shipped, ASAP!
