Default Added some color to my FIVE:AD wheels

Time for some color on the wheels. Dan at Primo Powder Coating in Huntington Beach coated the FIVE:AD wheels with a Sparkle Candy Teal. The color is going to be very polarizing, either people like it or they don't. I do. =)

I like the look of them, how much did it cost you if you don't mind me asking. I'm debating if I should do my wheels that color as well.

They removed the tires, stripped the wheels, layed the base coat of sparkle then sprayed all four wheels twice, mounted and balanced and had them ready to put back on the iQ for $460.

I would bet at least a day, doubt it's a drop off and wait. They have to cool down etc.

For an extra 100 bucks they will do it in a day. I'm not a rush the job kind of guy so I had them take their time. In and out in five days.

They did my intake in one day though...

Thanks I just got my iQ I really like the rims you have...I went to the site that makes that rim but it seems they don't have that size or that style rim. They have the 5 but not the 6..did you get yours custom made?

I was able to get the last set of those made. You can find a used set sometimes on eBay or Craigslist but they are not in production any longer.
