I wonder if this is an refreshed version of the current Estima or a brand new chassis/platform based on the new Camry.
The old Estima had a pretty dated chassis. . . but it was still cool. Over all, it just looks like a refreshed design. I got to take a look at some Asia-spec Estima's when I was in Thailand, and they are pretty sweet. . . especially with the hybrid option. It's a dead heat between that and the Japanese Odyssey.
I hope the US minivans follow in the footsteps of the Toyota Alphard minivans.

I like it a lot. Use to have a Previa in the family a few years ago. Was quite sad that they replaced it with the Sienna which looks like any other mini van.
I always liked the bulky design of the Previa. Surprised its still being sold around the world.

I like it, quite a bit. But looks way too much like a Honda Odyssey / Civic as someone pointed out earlier. I thought Toyota was trying to make all the vehicles look similar? At least that's what I understand happened to the Matrix between 04 and 05...

I don't get it. What is the attraction of so many new vehicles from Europe to Asia going to that same style of gradually diminishing window height from the front doors to the rear of the vehicle? I personally find the design unappealng - not to mention hard to see out of the windows toward the rear.

That will probably not look anything like the new Sienna. If you look through history, especially with minivans, the US gets its own version of vehicles, much of the time. For example, our Honda Accord differs greatly from Japan's (we of course call it the Acura TSX). Toyota has taken a different route with the minivan since the Previa was not well-liked by good old Americans.
