No, the original 300 weren't randomly selected. Scion reps even admitted that about 70% of the people were picked and the rest were actually randomly drawn.

That is odd, I was told the totally opposite and I knew personally a lot of the guys at corperate at that time.

From what I am told...
There are 728 cars in this. They are going through everybody with a fine tooth comb.
They want to make sure that all the love is spread around.
They don't want to pass people up and give multiple awards out to one car because the rushed and missed that one detail that would put someone else over.

Whats up everyone, Danny here... I am soooooo sorry about the lag for the results... Please understand I have 728 cars to go through and judge personally! I have just received the custom awards and promise I will have the results out for everyone to see asap. Thanks for everyones understanding and trust me I want to make sure to review everyones car and not overlook a single thing. Again sorry and please stay posted for winners. it isnt realy that big of a deal... i mean it was a free contest and now that we know he is doing it himself that sucks... but the results will come soon enough!
