I added my xb a few days ago. i see a lot more Scion on there now, we might have the Mustangs beat for total numbers . i voted high on all of the Scion's and low on everything else. good luck everybody.

The size of the pictures makes it look all pixelated (it was a really large image) but the "alternate view" looks better

Why I'm not being mean. But we had a 3 page discussion on how already pimped out cars always get the prizes. So I'll give my vote to one that NEEDS the money to mod their cars.

 

I dont need any of the stuff - if I won, I would forfeit the prize. I'm just doing it to promote for my current sponsors.

 

And the prize would be completly wasted or could you give the prize to someone with a scion?

I read through the rules and I didnt see anything that indicated you HAD to put the products on the WINNING car - you just have to use the $10K with the listed companies. If that's the case, I would have no problem having my own little raffle and getting the products to people who could actually use them. Maybe a written essay contest or something. LoL.

I'm the jerk? This poor young lady has obviously put many hours and a lot of money into her car and you people aren't going to vote for her!? It's disgusting that you think you are entitled to the money because you haven't put the time and energy into your car. What is your standpoint on this...? "someone with an inferior car should win because it's not fair that some people have money"!? That is ridiculous... she worked hard to make her car what it is and she deserves the money. What she wants to do with it is up to her but I would rather see someone who worked hard on thier car win than someone who hasn't done jack sh*t and is looking to get something for nothing.

 

1. I didn't enter my car so i'm not biased
2. Did she call me a heartless b***h? No. Quit defending people who do not ask to be defended.
3. Obviously this is not the first time u misunderstand my intentions/words (happened yesterday didn't it?)
4. I put a lot of effort and about 5 k into my car and that money I'd use it to make my car up to her par. What will she do? She even said that if she wins she wouldn't put the $10k in parts on HER car but give them out on SL.
5. Bottom line yes I'd rather see the money/prize go to someone who has put a little money on their car (p.s. remember that she has sponsors so she didn't pay all out of pocket either) and can turn their car into a great show car like Cynce than someone that already is up there at that level.

I'm not saying you are biased. I'm defending her as an example of anyone who has put as much time and money into thier car. And I realize she has sponsors but they can't be easy to get otherwise everyone would have them. My main point is I want to see the best car win not a mediocre car cause people think it's not fair. Everyone here had the same opportunity to make thier car look like hers but they didn't want to spend the time, make the money and acquire sponsors. Why would you rather reward someone who has worked less than someone who has made thier car thier life?
