I just don't get it! Why do some sites do this. By this I mean upgrade the software so that you have to install new software into your computer. Just leave the dam thing alone. If it ain't broke don't fix-it.
I’ve been to other sites they don’t ask you to upgrade anything. I’ve been to the Scion Site and have had to upgrade Twice or Thrice while not sure. I know it’s not that many times but why do I have to upload new software to my computer that may or may not react with stuff I have on my computer? Why?
Sorry for the rant but it just burns my shorts about this!

just to give you guys a headsup the EPA standard MPG for the 06 xB was 30-34 in the auto and 30-33 in the manual not 25/30 or whatever the OP of the thread posted

Check it out on www.fueleconomy.gov
The calculator I used is at http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/calculator.html
We will hear all the facts when the first lucky few drive one home...it will be very interesting to see what the true life mileage will be...it always varies from driver to driver, just as it does in our Gen1. My dealer will be getting an xB2 in 2 weeks for a demo! I didn't expect one here until late fall, Can't wait to see one in person.
Cool new brochure they have available for download here. And finally we get to see how it looks in blue (but looks like the black is my favorite):

Man, seems like you can seriously run up a bill with the factory goodies. I mean, they're cool and all, but holy crap....
I priced a new xB, the way I wanted it for $23K
Sounds like from an economy standpoint, I'll be keeping a close eye on the xD.

Yeah! I hate the spoiler. I wish they would take it off the home page because it really bothers me to look at the vehicle with it on..

Oh well... I guess I'm fine with my RS3 xB.

I feel a Storm Coming.. 1st Gen owners vs 2nd Gen.. Hopefully it's all love.. I think what will unite us xB owners now and the future is that fact that toyota pushed the bounderies put a silly looking box in the american market and we all love it. I can't help but be biased but 1st Gen xB is better.
But I still love the 2nd Gen. It might be like beer, it tastes bad at first but it might grow on me. I wonder what the RS's would look like for the new xB's
I wonder if I could convert my OEM lights and transplant the xB2 headlights.. hrmmm...

This quote is from the "Performance" section under the tC. Read it carefully, what's wrong with it?
"More power—that's what you wanted from us. And that’s what created in the tC’s .4-liter dual overhead cam (DOHC) 16-valve EFI with Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence (VVT-i) technology, plus a compression ratio of 9.6:1 to produce 161 hp @ 5,700 rpm and a hefty 163 lb.-ft. @ 4,000 rpm."
-That's alot of power from a ".4" liter engine. I'm impressed. I knew I should have waited and not bought my '06. Technology is wonderful. It must get WAY better gas mileage than the box you guys are all debating over too.
