I am going to purchase a 2007 white scion tC....one question the 1st mods i wanna do is smoked tail/head lights and tinted windows...cuz one i know those are cheap mods and its a nice way to start....two questions....does smokin the headlights affect them in any way... i.e. less light produced due to darker frame...and what % tint would be dark but not limo black....(i wan it just right?) plz help

 

tint will not allow as much light to come through. it will be like putting sunglasses on your headlights. they will not shine as well.

 

yea, thanks man i thought that would be the case....but it would look mean with smoked headlights and and overlay or angel eyes....once again thanks for your kind answer as stupid as the question sounded

i got 20% tint on mine. i think anything lighter is too light and anything darker would make me paranoid every time i drove past a cop

 

i got 10% all the way around *knock on wood* never been pulled over for my tint :D
