194 bulbs that can take the heat
I've had some blue LED bulbs in my car from superbrightleds.com... they burned out of course after a while... no big surprise. The sad thing is when I tried to take them out they came off the harness so now I have a bulb rattling around in my lighting fixture... I'll have to take the front bumper off to get them out which will be fun.
It's obviously too much heat for the soldier joints or LED filaments but I wonder if anyone has made or modded one that can handle the heat output from the headlights? I bet with some insulation or better materials it wouldn't be an issues... what about some other vendor bulbs?

i'm pretty sure hid's use lower wattage.. but because it's brighter... it gives off even more heat... that's where the temperature come into play... i'm not 100% sure and i may be crazy ... but i think thats true... and MJV if you wanna know.. i'll let you in if you come to york on the 15th.
and it's not $33... it's less.
