he made it sound like your the only that is having problems or its that kit only. Its not cause see all the posts its not just one kit we all have different kits and its the same thing.... there customer sevice SUCKS!!

 

I just got an email saying that it will ship out on thurs and even got a tracking #. maybe I will make to the next show here.

 

they called my dad tonight wanting to confirm the shipping address my dad told me to call them but by the time i called them which was right after he called me they were closed so................

I checked DHL today and it says its with the carrier, so its on the truck in my area and I will get it today. Well its really going to a friends house cause he is doing all the work painting and install. Hope it FITS!

maybe I will ahev mine on wednesday too then I have to get it to my shop ASAP for HIN on the 21st. I hate rushing.

back when i had a saturn...there was a company that was similar to this. they produced some really nice stuff and sold it but you never received the products. they did a lot of false promises and just kept giving you the run around. they kept your money and eventually filed backruptcy....if enought people are having the same problem the company will see the results of their lack of CS....if you guys are having problems you should really post it on the BBB website....sorry to hear of all the problems...that sucks..

Got mine on Tuesday from KKO No visible problems. The body shop is working on the install as I type.

Did you get my order? Kidding that has to suck!!! Why did you get the rear? If you get any rear you should of got the Kaminari but that alone is as expensive as the whole BC2 kit even better the Raven or d luck rear would look good. Well I hope they fix their mistake fast.
