My tC's 2 year b-day was last week, so I decided to shoot some pictures just to see what has changed...

Yes went from 15 to 35. 2 reasons: easier to see at night, GA laws changed and are now actually enforced.

 

it still looks good. here in washington state law is 35% so i had front two windows 35% and the rears and rear windshield 20%. I really like your rims. where did you get them and how much?

wow $134 each?! that is not bad at all! even though my car is an auto, im looking to get an intake. friends were telling me to get a K&N but i noticed from your page, you said no power gains and too loud. so you got a custom made one?

As far as intake goes: during summer I run OEM airbox, in winter an eBay Corolla short ram cut in half

How is your paint holding up? Mine is about the same age as yours and my paint is awful.

What are your washing habbits and do you keep her in a garage or outdoors? Thanks!

 

"He" (lady friend calls him Bruce) lived outside for the first 1.5 years, then I bought a house, so garage for the night. Wash every 2 weeks on average, wax once a month or every other month. Paint is doing fine, except the normal chips from highway driving. If I get some excessive dirt (bird poop) I try to remove it ASAP, and I touch up w/langka chips that are overly visible. But no, I did not have the classic "scion paint is crap" issues - holds up as good as any other car.

This is serious: In New Orleans, if you take a new car out ONE TIME, and park it *anywhere*, it will be damaged, guaranteed. It's why I never drive mine here ever. Seven months 'till I escape this horrible place and counting.

 

Why is the antenna on the opposite side in this picture? Did you mirror the picture before you saved it?

how bout an accent color? Im down for the all black but theres a point that it starts to look cheap. the rear end of the car is very well done, the front looks like its missing something. get some brushed aluminum or chrome somewhere i think. Other than that, happy boosting
