I see. That is the issue. I used VHT Nightshades to tint my TBL, so I'm not sure how to get it off.
Also, are there instructions on how to remove the TBL from the hatch?

Yea there is its part of the DIY instructions..thats what the first couple steps are.. uhave to take down the plastic piece of the hatch on the inside of the car and there are 4 bolts that hold the TBL in place

^ so do i get a brand new tbl? or do i send it to you and you do the install? what's the kit made up of? i tried to read this thread, but i couldn't go past the second page. it kept giving me an error.
