I got the lip kit in the other day. Looks beautiful. It comes with full instructions and install kit. The double sided tape is already installed on the kit and the screws are in the bag too. Feels very solid. Even the toyota guy made a comment about the quality. He said paint is on backorder so it might take awhile to get it painted. Said they will paint it and let it sit for 2 days. Then after I put it on dont wax it for 30 days.

It might be a few weeks. The paint is on backorder so I have no idea when It will get painted. I hope it doesn't take too long. Id like to be able to wax the car before the show in may. We will see.

I also got the stoptech stage 2 upgrade on the way and a rear hatch garnish from Delta coming in. I also need to buy the avic-z2 sometime before may.

lol. I think once I get this stuff done im actually done for awhile. I sometimes look at how much money ive put into the car and it makes me re-think everything. I am gonna be moving into my own place soon and so Ill have to slow down on the car modding. Thats why im getting this stuff done now. Not to mention I might be deploying again next year.

 

Thats a new one for me. If its even a half way decent shop they should have thier own mixing bank at the shop. Or atleast a place they get thier paint regularly. Only paint we ever had to wait on was the chromalusion paint that came on some mustangs, because we couldnt mix it ourselves ford actually brought it down.

Anyway kits gonna look good. Im just finishing up molding mine in, will post pics when painted.

I took it to the actual toyota/scion dealership. So I have no idea.

 

Hard to tell what they are doing, they should be able to mix it up right there. Anyway will be worth it when its finally done.
