Default Acekogyo upper grille?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/04-05...QQcmdZViewItem

anyone know anything about those? how closely it resembles the stock grille? experiences? fitment?

i'm looking for an upper grille, i'd like to just get the same one as stock but emblemless but i can't find any lower grille's anywhere to do that with. this one looks similar to the stock grille but i'm not familiar with them and i'm not sure how much different it might be, i don't want to have to get a new lower grille too to match it

I haven't heard of that one but it looks like it would be a really clean look.

Nice lookin' grile. But it says 'All chrome finish. Sports look.' What's that about?

yeah i saw that too, but this one specifies that it's black, i think that chrome finish thing is just the default color so they used the same spec list. the "sports look" thing i'm assuming is just bs lingo to entice people to buy it.

i'll probably wind up trying it out, i'll post pics and crap once i do

It wouldn't match the lower grill since that is honeycomb shaped grill and this one is a diamond shaped grill.

Are you supposed to re-install the chrome trim with that grille?

there was only an hour left in the auction so i went ahead and got it. wish i saw vietboi's post first but too late now. i'll try it out anyway and take some pics of the fitment.

i'll probably just wind up doing it through badseed or wait for his DIY or something.

Cut it if you have to. Melt, cut, burn, just see what you can do with it. Make sure to post pics!

so this grille came in today, in two pieces:

i contacted the guy on ebay in hopes of getting a refund.

i don't really like the look of the grille anyway once viewing it up close.

i'm probably just gonna get a Figure grille
