Adjusting headlight angle LEFT/RIGHT, not up/down!

My car just got repaired w/ new bumper, fender, and headlight housing and the beam isn't quite straight.

Is there any way to adjust the horizontal angle?

edit- sorry, I guess there's no way to do it?

Maybe loosen up the bolts and adjust it? Thats how i did it to my other car.
