Default aerodynamics???

Would placing a front wind splitter be beneficial on our cars? Would front canards be better? Would using both be over kill? Will using either one of these hurt mpg? If these are dumb questions I'm sorry. I don't know much about the aerodynamics portion of tuning. Thank you in advance.

the best thing is to put a shark fin on top of your car and youll just cut right through the wind

lol, shark's fin... that's funny....

anyways... front splitters and canards are meant to increase downforce.... and anytime you increase downforce, you'll lose a little MPG efficiency, it's the tradeoff you would live with.

if it's a daily driver, you probably won't even notice the difference in performance on a regular basis... they will only be effective on a track when you're over 80 MPH...

seriously.. it all depends. I actually need to build a front splitter for my tc because the kaminari bumper and oem splashguards dont play well together. so in my case, it is necessary to provide proper support for the bumper.

Thanks guys. I guess I'll save the money for something else. Any ideas? Show and go both welcome.

Maybe I'll put a giant wing drilled on top of my Supra spoiler. Double the downforce!
