Default Aftermarket Foglight installation. need help on wiring.

(images are from tech section foglight install...)

I purchased hella optilux 1150s to install them on the little scoop next to the
lower grille and I think I have an idea to mount them using some drills and iron angle brackets after searching through many posts....

BUT

i'm still confused with the wiring... i was wondering if you guys can explain it to me...

from this plug and play kit below...i assume wires on the right with ground goes to the actual lights and the little tip with ground wire is to plug into prewired harness right?
so that you don't have to mess with the relay on them other than ground... yes?

and this picture below is the prewired harness where you plug the little grey tip with ground wire yes?

i'm not really good with the wiring so i'm just little confused...@_@;;; especially with relays and stuff.... and plus trying to install non plug and play foglights make it even more confusing to me...@_@;;;

OHOHOH and you guys know anyplace where I can just buy the wiring harness just like that wiring harness came with the foglights from the tech which is plug and play??

THANKS for y'alls help!!
