Default Aftermarket headlights imperfection or defect???

For those who own these headlights, I am just wondering if you all have the same problem or is it just me.

I am positive. I look at it at every different position, same effect. From my experience, its not noticible because the halo and the projectors draw the attention away from it, but it's just very irratating to know that it is there.

These are leds. Not replacable, unless I am planning to open it up and do some soldering.

Actually, besides the led problem, I like the lights very much.

Can any owner of these headlights check out your leds and see if it does have the same problem?

I agree. Their cut-off sucks, but who's the heck will look at your cut off while you're driving. The cut off is not visible unless you're facing 10 -20 feet from the wall anyway. However, I might open up the headlights and do some mod inside. But I don't know if these headlights can be open by baking though.

Who's gonna see em while you are driving? Well, YOU will. With the cutoff as aweful as they are in these, light is not going where it should for proper lighting of the road. These things really should be pulled off the market as a safety hazard....

I got them from a somebody who got it from Ebay. He didn't like them, so he sold it to me for half price. I am planning to bake the lamps and replace the leds with a superflux or something. I'll probably drill some holes on the side and put some leds there too.

Ha! it's funny how you state that the lights do not go where it should be. I drive in the dark suburb and could see fine. I had both the stock and these lights, and I have to say that these lights produce more light output than the stock (from a driver perspective). May be you just need glasses..... jk...

I figure out why it is like this. The left head lamp do not have a chrome piece in the corner. so, the lights were not able to alluminate like the other lamp. Problem identified. Now I just need to open it up and carefully wrap a small piece of foil paper in the corner so the lights can alluminate.
