Default Aftermarket Taillight Issue

I just installed http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2005-2010-SCION-TC-LED-TAIL-LIGHTS-2006-2007-2008-2009-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQfitsZMakeQ3aScionQ7cModelQ3atCQQhashZitem43a1929ac1QQitemZ290473548481QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
on my tC and I'm having issues. Reverse, blinkers, and running lights work fine but whenever i put my press the brake pedal, they do not get brighter. Has anybody experienced a similar issue?

And before you ask, I have checked the fuses. The only one pertaining to taillights is "29. TAIL 10A: Taillights, parking lights, license plate lights, front side marker lights."

I have also attempted to reverse the polarity. All that caused was the running lights to not work, so I must have the plugs in the right way.

I can take pictures if needed. Thank you for reading.

Where?

If you are referring to the link in the video, that is just showing him plugging adapters in the sockets.

Here it is http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=3wrNnYIKtbk&feature=channel

Yup. Unfortionatly that style taillight usually has to be rewired like they mentioned above. I'm already on my 3rd set of aftermarkets but they were a different style that, luckily, didn't need to be rewired. I don't believe its too hard to rewire them tho.
