This isn't MY tC (I herd a box), but I don't think Kanchi will object to me posting a pic of the emblem on HIS tC.
(It's a heavy, limited-edition, cast metal emblem handed out to attendees of Scion Exposed II in Seattle.)

Well, it is kinda "in-your-face" in that pic, but seen on the car overall it actually looks very good.
Those emblems are on a fair number of Scions in this area, even my box wears one.

If I were you, I would try and completely debadge the rear. Take off the TRD one for sure and the scion one looks awkward. I would remove that whole piece, sand it down, and repaint so there is no emblem at all. I don't think I've ever seen that.

^ its been done a bunch of times, they sell oem painted garnishes (or entire carbon fiber ones) without the indented oval in the center. i just dont like the look of the rear end when its fully shaved.
the scion emblem was never put on, the trd one was removed and redone a bit. will have to repost pics.
