Hey everyone,

Time is getting closer to when I'll have sold my ride and get my tC. As most people I'm stuck on what color I want. I currently own a black grand am and HATE cleaning it. I'll spend 2 hours scrubbing it down and drying and drive for 15 minutes and itll look dirty again. So.. for my question I'm wondering how hard cleaning is with the IIP/NB owners out there. I really like the blue but am worried I'll have the same issues with a darker color. My second choices are white and silver. I'm really on the fence about this and just looking for some comments/thoughts on it. Thanks!

 

IIP is still pretty good looking when its dirty, but nothing will ever beat silver. The only marks I really see when its dirty is near the door handles from the rain or whatever running down the side of it. Also, the pollen..well thats another story but thats on all cars. I hope I helped a little.

 

I think AP would look good too. Some call it "girly" but I don't agree - it's clean, and nice looking.

How close are the IIP and NB? any posts already made that have a side by side? does nautical blue have the cool sparkle that ive seen in the FM and BSP?

 

it's extremely sutble but NB is slightly darker, it hink the IIP "pops" a little more, but i consider it a _____ to clean, it's a dust/dirt magnet and it's noticible when it's dirty i say go with a silver

 

yea im still back and forth with it. the silver well no offense to silver owners kinda plain to me... ehhh...

 

Well since you dont like cleaning your black car now cause it shows every speck of dirt. From my experience the FM shows alot of dirt and I feel like im cleaning it all the time. My wife has a Silver car and hers always looks cleaner then mine, lol. I would maybe think about the classic silver metallic, there are some hot looking silver ones out there.

The NBM looks tremendous clean, but that's not very often. It's a dust magnet. I think it's worth it though, because I find it much more exciting than silver.

But yeah, if you don't want to wash it too often, I guess the blue isn't a good choice.
