Do the VRD foglights pop in and out easily? my current front bumper is going to be replaced but im not sure when, it could be a month from now. but i want to install my foglights. will i be able to easily remove them?

 

yes...as easy as it went in it can come out...

 

one of my worries is that according to the instructions, u run the wiring along the bumper....does that mean u run the wiring along the actually bumper cover or the metal support

 

You zip tie it to the other wires on the metal support. The wires are not attached to the actual bumper at all. To get them out, just push in the metal tabs on the back of the light, and disconnect the wires. That's it.
