How do you take this part of the antenna off? anyone know?



i can't seem to figure it out...

help would be great

 

There is a nut (dont know how else to explain it) on top with four notches in it. You have to unscrew that. They make special sockets that fit into those notches but if you dont have that you can use a flat blade screwdriver and a hammer. Stick the screwdriver in one of the notches and with holding the screwdriver on a angle gently tap it with the hammer to unscrew it. (Obviously righty tightly lefty loosey.) After that is unscrewed you can just pull off that rubber/plastic gromet.
