Well, since I need new headlights from the accident, I want to go aftermarket.
Anyone have any info on these, or can reccomend a set?

I looked at these, but I basically heard that all the aftermarket headlights suck. Although, if anyone can prove otherwise then I might be tempted. They do look nice, but I read that the aftermarket projects have poor cutoffs and are prone to letting in moisture.

I have heard the same thing.
Anyone have any insight for us?
(i am usually up to date on the stuff for our cars. but Ihad never planned on getting new lights. Now that someone else is footing the bill, why not ?

I am in the process of looking now. One of my originals got broken, and the other one has always had an annoying scratch ever since I got the car. I wanted to just get a new set of OEM lights. Well, I learned the hard way that OEM replicas are not the same as OEM at all. I ordered an OEM replica set which turned out to be made by Angel Eyes, the same company making some of the aftermarket lights. The quality was terrible. They only looked like OEM from a distance. Some of the mounting tabs were missing, the chrome was messed up inside the housing, there were shards of broken plastic at the corners. I ended up sending them back for a refund, but I had to eat the cost of shipping. Lesson learned. Now I am still looking for a replacement set, but the actual OEM lights are pretty damned expensive.

mine dont fog up...the cutoff is pretty crappy, but fixable.....i paid 140 for em and sold my stock headlights for 160, good deal hehe...the halos arent very bright...but thats changeable as well

Nick, on a classy ride like your's-stick with the 'o8s + 4300/6000k HID kit. All the other aftermarket kits look like dung IMHO. (No offense to those who have them.) Eventually, this is what I want to do, only I want to add CF Eyelids to mine.
