Yeah it should help, im guessing i have to go to a local dealership since when you type that part# in say trdsparks of mcgeorge it comes up with nothing. And does anyone know if they check the vin for accuracy? Like to see if your the owner or do they not care as long as they have a vin?

 

Well guys i sent out some emails for more price quotes, see what i come with and i also got some rs3 vin#'s.

 

I asked if they nedded a vin and they said no. As long as you have the PN you are good to go!

 

well got my quote for these today, $172 each which isnt to bad i was expecting them to be more...Still havent deceided if i want to go this route as the stock tails are very clean looking in style and the red pops with my color well..still trying to figure out if they will look good on my Ap..

 

I'm gonna use my friend with an RS3 to get me some...

 

wow this thread was dead for a while, anyways i went to my dealership and gave them the RS 3.0 tail light part number and they ordered me a pass side lights ( i bought the other side on ebay). It cost quite a bit of cash though. I'm guessing that most of these employees don't know what they are doing so they'll order it and not ask any questions about the RS VIN and whatnot.
