go to home depot and get those ceiling light covers, trace your oem side marker on it, and cut it.

I wish I could help you out there, but I've never done anything like that.

 

lol i wish it was that easy... pretty much the concept but get a dremel, cut it out (make sure to give yourself extra slack all around) then use the sanding bit on the dremel to smooth out till you get your shape.

If you are capable of baking open your head lights, you should be able to make your own clear side markers. Get a sheet of acrylic light covers and cut to size. Use a bit of heat to make 'em flexible and glue into place.
