has annyone put HID's in thier anzo headlights?? on the housing it says not to use HID but i want some bad. so has anyone done this with no problems???

 

dont do it. the cut-off on anzos is horrible. You will be blinding the hell out of people. If you want hids and want them to look right get a retrofit

i dont think it will be that bad will it?? i was just worried about the housing or lens melting. the cut off isnt that bad to some that ive seen. but were would i fing some retrofits?? i like my halos

the cut off is for the stock reflecters right?? i already have the anzos and the cut off isnt the most even thing but its nowere near that bad

 

^Wow..... My Stock '09 headlights with the HIDs that I installed yesterday have a better cut off than that.

 

a friend of mine has 6000K HIDs in it.. its not horrible just has a weird cut off.

well if you count out the fact that all the LEDs are burned out and the driver side angels are also, its fine. when he follows me there are weird places that i try to avoid so that he doesnt glare me.. thats cause of the weird cut off

 

Going from your profile if you already have the headlights and if you install HID you can always revert to your stock lights. You can buy HIDs and try them and if it is too bad you can switch/fix the headlights later.
When I was looking into getting projector headlights on my old car and HIDs, I heard that Anzo's put out less light and were not that good for halogen or HIDs. But if you put in HIDs the cut off will be about the same as halogen.

thanks everyone for the info but the only bad thing is a dont have my stock lights i traded them for the anzos.the one thing i dont have the stock part of my car is that

I havent taken any pictures with them isntalled or of the cutoff but it is beautiful. I also put eyelids on them too.
