I had too jam mine in there because of my oem lip~and they are not going anywhere!

 

i have an 05 tc - what issues did people have w/ the Taiwan apt kit if they had the lip kit on the front? I dont want to buy them and have things not look right or fit right - 26 pages and there were a few comments that i read but i dont know if i missed anything cause i had to skim things

 

-where do you buy these fogs, cuz i want them!, i dont' like those other fogs that are flush with the bumper, the OEM ones are ok, but I want the VRD ones, help me!

Also quick question - I may or may not be getting the OEM lip (debating on that or 5axis) if i get the OEM lip and install it with my fogs already on will I still have issues?

im still wondering about using them w/ the lip kit. i saw one pic and the lip was pushed down a tad so there is a small gap - i dunno - anybody else have pics of the fogs w/ the lip kit?

so, silly/stupid question:

I have mad water inside my foglight and need to pop it out to tilt it, in order to let the water out, I have fender liner so i can get to it pretty easily.

Do i just pop it out, or are there tabs that enable it to get out easier?

 

that gap bothers me cause i know its putting stress on the whole piece - i wish it fit cleaner

The "gaps" that u are talking about is not even really noticeable. I dont even notice them bro. It might be from the angle i took the pic from. Well if your so worried about it you can cut the lip, but i did not want to do that!

 

^so by cutting the lap you mean cut under center so it slides back? I was trying to find a pic on where someone cut it but had no luck.


Yea the lights look really nice - i think its the pic that makes the gap look big. since i doubt i would ever take the fogs out i might just cut the lip
