Thanks..are they a bright yellow?

 

have not install them yet... I just finished cutting it though... rains here in socal wont stop...

 

cause I bought some film from ebay and it looks more amber than yellow

I have a quick question, my right front fog light went out the other day, it did this about 6 months ago and i had to bring the tc in for some body work anyway and they needed to take out the fog lights and when the put them back in they were both working so im guessing i might need to plug it back in again. Will i need to take off the bumper to reach the plug or can i just jack the front up and reach it from there?

nycboy- if you want you can jack it up take the plastic off and reach it very easily. But instead of driving up on blocks, jacking the car up, taking off that damn plastic... Just reach your hand down there from under the hood. Its a b*tch to reach down there but takes 1/2 the time

 

Guys, so still no help on the 3" projector retrofit into the bumper sides? About to do some serious cutting and was hoping for some suggestions

 

wait, you want to cut into the apt fog and throw a projector retrofit in there? or actually just a projector type of foglight in the corner? bc if your doing that then this isn't the thread for you this is just an APT/VRD foglight discussion thread.

Boblacks I noticed you just ordered yours not to long ago, How long did it take to get to you? I ordered mine on saturday and they sent me a shipping notice yesterday.

 

that's normal. they're coming from taiwan you have to take in account customs and all that stuff

 

I figured it would take a little while, but its seems like they ship fairly quick I was hoping to have them by at least monday but we will see. Flint why didn't you put the lower VRD grille in yet? Are you keeping it the way it is or has the weather made it hard to get out there and swap.

 

yeah maybe it might be there by friday. there usually quick once its past customs and such.

I actually got rid of the lower VRD grill bc I need new mirror covers & signals for my car since some decided to steal them. the dude I traded it too also sent me an 05-07 grill but I had a 08 & up that I liked a lot with the vrd upper. it doesn't clash as much as I thought it would have.

 

That sucks, I hate punks that do that kind of stuff thats why i'm glad i live out in the middle of nowhere and my car is parked about 200 feet back in the woods. It don't clash to bad though.

 

the worst part was it wasn't even in my neighborhood. I went to atlantic city to gamble my life away for a weekend (lol) and I parked in the parking lot of the tropicana casino. they were stolen there. atleast it wasn't anything else like my front lip or anything that thing is only on with 4 screws lol
