i just wanna give a praise for apt auto i bought my fogs 3 weeks ago and they just started to get condensation in them from bad rubber boots. so i emailed them to let them know, they sent me an email today to let me know that they are sending me a new set free of charge , and they told me to keep the old ones! So for customer service they are very good people to work with and are very reasonable.

 

The rubber boots are bad on mine also, is this common with the ones branded VRD also?

 

Haven't had a problem with mine.

 

Just ordered a pair 3 days ago, and hopefully it'll get here sometime next week.

 

I've got the lip kit and im trying to install them without cutting but the left metal clip thing is hard to move.. i got one side of the light in but the other is a pita.. any suggestions without resulting in cutting for those w/ lip kit ?

 

Yea use a large flat tip screwdriver and pry on the clip to pull it over the lip on the bumper.

 

 

Just got em today and installed. It looks alot better than I thought it would from the pictures.

 

yeah.. i love my lights too :D

 

you need some film over it. i hate the regular chrome color. lol

Where is everyone finding VRD's for so cheap? I look on ebay every day and can't find them cheaper for 125 w/o shipping..Could someone link me? haha

yup exactly the same

 

anybody got any tips that installed it w/ the lip on why they are so da*n crooked.. it seems like they always have a gap at the top.. between the light and the top of the vent..
