Had my weathertechs for awhile too.. two years? And theyve been good to me. I broke the passenger side lip facing the rear window because I didnt seat it correctly before playing with the windows but I fixed it, and I never heard a cracking sound again.

Although when on the highway if im going 70+ i hear a slight tapping from the drivers side, because it flaps a couple mm's with the window all the way down, lol.

I love them.. i wouldnt be able to drive the car without em. And if you cant afford visors for your car or complain about the price, you dont even deserve to drive a scion. 80s honduhs for you.

yirichie, im more partial to the looks of an in-channel design but they still do the job

for inchannels youre supposed to roll them up and down a few times then leave your windows closed for about 3 days. that way the mold adheres and forms to your inchannel. if you open it before the 3 days you might have them fall out or might have problems down the line

I just installed a set of In Channel Vent visors I got off ebay. They use 3M double sided tape, and look exactly like the weather Techs. No problems installing them and I seated the seal by rolling the windows up and down.

They ended up being Westin/Wade brand. Seller on Ebay was: awesomeaccessories

They didn't come with instructions but it's pretty self explanatory. Clean inside surface of window channel, peel the 3M tape, insert front first, then raise the rear into channel. Roll up window and make sure its seated as you want, then roll down, roll back up, and leave window up for a few days.

I'll take a picture tomorrow if the weather is alright. They were $41 shipped. Just search eBay for "Scion TC Visor". I don't have the link as I already deleted it off my "won" list and etc. Don't want to catch word from the woman.

Somethings are better off kept from her knowledge.

Any problems with the tint, like scratching? They look good.

Nope, since they seat on the outside of the window the tint hasn't been affected in any way. Today the "safety" feature kicked in while I was rolling up the passenger window, but I was going down the freeway and haven't had any issues since.
