I should have some new pics up of my ride soon. Geting wheels and exhaust. the only drawback is I had soembody hit me again in a parkign lot. Now i have front bumper and rear bumper damage. I wanna get it fixed but I am gonna spend the money on a few other mods first!

Thanks Chico! I actually bought them used from a local guy. I wanted to jump on the ones that were for sale in FL but add in shipping and my wife was giving me crap cause I just bought new tires for the stockies and wanted me to get a wheel where i could just swap them over. I bought mine from the guy before I saw the 18's. i wouldve loved those but again the wife wouldve complained about me buying new tires again. Yea Mine are 17x8 with a 46et. I wish the offset was lower but with it being an 8 inch wide wheel it helps. I dont want flush but i want a lil less tucked than right now. I think I may run a 5mm up front and a 10mm in back spacer to make it look a lil more aggressive. But I got a good deal on them. 350 with blue rays lugs so i couldnt pass it up. I love the color cause i knew it would look hot on the azure pearl and i like the design. The spokes have a nice arch in them that makes them look more aggressive. I am gonna do a big photoshoot soon though. I have one last car show before I deploy. I have a few things I am working on. So once I get everythign finished for the car show I will update my pic thread and post a link here to let my fellow AP owners check it out.

im seriously thinking of painting my wheels, either gunmetal/graphite or something else

and my wheels are 18x7.5 with a 42 offset, im gonna run 5mm spacers all around to make them stick out a little more!

 

Yea painting them gunmetal or graphite would look good for sure. What do your wheels look like since i see you dont have pics of them in your profile? Also how do you like the muteki lugs? How are the locking lugs on it? I liek the blue rays on mine but a buddy wants them and the blue on the rays has rubbed off a lil so I was thinking of maybe selling them to him and getting muteki's but i want a good locking nut though?

 

i dont have lock nuts, just the Muteki extended open end tuner lugs, they were gunmetal, but ive taken them off somany times that the gunmetal has chipped off to reveal chrome underneath, which still looks good, lol

i was just looking at the first pic and OMFG that looks like a CF eyelid, lol

so no, no CF eyelids, but i think it would look sick!!! lol

 

BTW they are stock 07 lights retrofitted with the eyelid blacked out with vinyl

 

LOL Thats to funny! They really did look CF! I saw in your profile you did a TSX retrofit. I wish I could do that but its expensive and I wanna spend my money elsewhere for now.

 

yeah, it can get pricy real fast, im just a light nut and i was into the whole "retrofit" craze lol

Cars look good fellows! Highvoltage the gun metal does look really good on the AP. Chico did you get your hood clear coated to help with fading or do you just wax it a lot?

 

^wax it a lot!! at least once a week, meguairs cleaner wax, everytime i wash the car, but i havent done it in about 3 weeks, gonna wax it real good this weekend!

 

Haha, yea I have been thinking about getting one but my friend has one it is all faded. But he never takes care of it. So I would be alright because I wash my car non stop when it is nice out.
