so ... hey i took my rear tC badge off finally (love you Goo Gone + dental floss) but there is lots of adhesive left behind so it still looks like the "tC" is still there blowdryer would be hard to do @ my house so you think i could/should go ghetto and hold a lighter up next to it to warm it up and then rub it off? or would that damage paint? lol i could sit and pick at it but that'd take forever, its too much for Goo Gone to handle alone so i'll have to get some of it off.

 

I wouldn't use a lighter. Did you try just rubbing with your fingers? Do it like you are making rubber cement boogers.

 

nah man its caked on pretty good i could sit and pick at it a bit prolly, then again its also like 18 degrees outside so that can't help my case. you know how the tC emblem is hollow? all the filling from it is still stuck on the car.

 

its cuz its so damn cold outside for u. (not here tho haha)
try warming up the area and then it will be easier to pick and get off.

 

ah, so how would you recommend doing that without damaging paint? there is a chance i could get an extension cord + hair dryer possibly but i'd like an easier way if possible lol

lol yea... i found out that i can back my car so its butt hangs in the garage and there is a power squid sitting right by the entrance plugged into the wall so i dont even need the extension lol...

i'll be getting the wheels finished up after my finals this week and fenders rolled this weekend, and picking up some decent lug nuts next week. i want these onnn
