those wheels are high end? how much did they cost?

you didn't see the blitz center cap? they're way discontinued, but i picked them up for around 1100-1300, long story short, i don't really know how much i paid for the wheels alone.
back when they were on the market, they went for i believe 400? i think. apparently they're high end enough for my car to show up that thread w/o me knowing

just because they are expensive doesnt not mean they are cool. i personally hate that style on any tC, they simply do not belong on this type of car. an xB GEN 1 or a xA.... yes

 

no clue. all i know is that they're discontinued which means i can't get much info about them especially because there's a chance that the internet didn't exist when these were on the market lol.

I personally like the Blitz 01s. But I guess everyone has different tastes. And for those Sport Max wheels, I'd like to see how they look on a tC with the OEM fender flares.. Just curious about something

Im always up for change, i can somewhat agree that these belong on a box or xa and eg/ek and such. But that doesn't mean that these look horrible on a tC. Just my .02

i wouldnt say im close minded..... for example: I have BRONZE rims on my car.... overplayed, i dont think so.

im just stating what i think, and no matter what the color/brand, this style just does not belong on a tC..

uhh bronze wheels are pretty played out, but really, what isn't these days. so is black and gold, but the fact of something being played out is pretty objective, as opposed to something looking good or not, which is subjective.
i've seen many black on black cars, black on gold, black on bronze cars that i love.
i called you closed minded because, if you said i didn't pull it off right or "that's hideous" like blckedout said, i'd say "ah ok, they don't like my car. oh well, everyone's got their own taste". but, you went on to say that the whole "style" doesn't fit on any tCs. have you tried it? have you seen more than me and i guess jdmtc's rollin with this "style"? highly doubt it.
so, for your sake, i'll just assume you said my car looks hideous.

x2. What isn't played out? The TC is a sexy looking car...that's a fact. There's thousands of us that love our cars and have aftermarket wheels. If even a small percentage goes gold, that's still hundreds and hundreds of tc's with gold rims. Not much you can do, so I say do what you think looks cool, no?

I will be powdercoating my wheels phantom grey pearl to match my interior paint job I did this summer. People will call it a basic silver, or gun metal, but to me it will be unique!

he use to have that style on his car.. i guess he got tired of it,

now its on my car haha...

but his rims now are very different, who else has rims like that on there tc at this moment.. nobody its a very rare look..
