8-9-09 if a fckd day. And we're not going through insurance cuz even though my bro hit her we would REALLY have to push the issue that it was her fault, but w/e. the savings fund to fix it is not looking good right now...

any pics of the actual accident scene may aid in your fight. i believe it's in a DMV book somewhere, anyone entering traffic (including backing out of their driveway or a parking spot) must yield to traffic in the traveling lane. without the pics it's may be a hard case to win though.

 

yeah, the funds def. need to start coming in again. if i can get the scratches out then it wont be to bad, gonna try doing that this week. i dont think i have pics of the cars still together cuz it was in the middle of a busy street

no kidding.
and phase 1 of my mission to buff out the scratch has begun. i got the quarter panel done, just need to do the door now. to my surprise there are only 2 scratches that are stuck in the paint, and 1 stress crack in the paint. other than that its just a bunch of dents, which can now barely be seen thanks to my jdm drivers badge
