i love the way the stock rims look, and if they had been an inch or two wider i would never replace them, but since they arent im trying to find an alternative so that i could fit a masasive tire and never lose grip.(After my accident i promised myself i would work on suspesnion first)

but ya, i would go with rims first because they make the most difference as far as the exterior is concerned, and plus if your still rollin stock tires, i dont know how you do it, my tires can barely hold onto a sharp turn doing 50.
I understand that, like I said I need to figure out what I am going to do next and so on and so on...

The stock rims look pretty clean but just aren't my style, so that would not be a bad idea to do, the only problem is that getting them would push my aspirations of turboing it further away.

That is the only major thing I have done to my car is suspension stuff. Hotckis springs and sways. I would recommend them to anyone. I know exactly what you mean about the stock tires having bad grip... just the other night I was going around a curb doing about 75 (had one of those yellow signs saying to go 45 around it) and it felt like the rear end of the car was sliding out from behind me so I quickly backed off.

I could just get some stickier tires and put them on for the summer, but we will see...

i feel you on that, i was gonna purchase a TRD supercharger for the 07 tC this summer rather than any other mods, but i thought there is no point to get all that power and have nothing to hold it down with.

so for now im doing, springs > wheels/tires > sways > exhaust > bbist lip > anzo tails> tint.

that should hold me for a while until i can get the supercharger next winter

that is a good order... for me I have done in this order
s2k antenna>Fig LLC grill>Hotchkis Springs and Sways>

I think I am going to do tinted windows next, followed by the TWM short throw, Ingall's "stiffy", and Dezod catback exhaust... when my friends and I start this little business of powder coating, hopefully I will be making enough money to get my wheels and then the rest will be saved up for my custom turbo kit.... I am waiting for the AEM EMS to come out for our cars, thats the only way I go turbo is if I have a perfect tune.

Don't get TWM. Get Doc I's STS (short throw shifter)....less expensive....$115 for everything.... and 50% shorter throws than stock..he can even customized the height from no reduction(stock height) to 3". Go Doc I's and you won't be disappointed. I was going to go with TWM stage 2 setup. But it's too expensive and only 35% shorter throws than stock compared to Doc I's 50%!!

lol it's a bit silent-hillish isn't it?

That morning was perfect for some shots, just dropped the car, put the strut bars/sway bars/4 point on and was taking it for a spin (corners at 50 rock even on stock tires)... I went down this long private road on the way to the main road and just stopped thinking it would be a good place for some pics..

here's a couple of more... (note.. i've done more since then..)
