Does the RS1 Lip kit only come for the front and rear bumper??

and does it go under the stock bumper??

YUP just like the OEM lip...I think u have to use screws & double sided tape!..

I am not sure how key hole plugs/bumper plugs make a car look more aggressive but I do love mine.
