I've been trying to figure out which decal would look best on my TYCs while at the same time.. not screaming for a ticket.

I attatched pics of the ideas I had in mind.

If you have a NBM or IIP with TYC's and an overlay I'd appreciate if you could post pics or give me your .02 on what route I should go. I hate the orange in these tails. lol -.-

 

I'd say just tint the orange if anything. Keep it as simple as possible to tone down the orange-ness.

 

i would go with the first one..
the second one looks a little strange
and the third one looks fugly IMO.. it just looks out of place

 

yup out of those i would go with the first ones, the 2nd two are just ugly to me

 

Yeh I like the first one more than all of the others too.. but Im just afraid that it may attract unwanted attention, which may lead to a fix it ticket or something.. Maybe if I just turn on my low beams all the time so the LEDS are still slightly lit up. idk Anyone else had trouble in my area?

 

where exactly is your area? i haven't heard of a tinted tails ticket yet and the first one is pretty light so you shouldnt have too many problems

 

im sorry, Im in Florida. Do the lights still shine through the tint pretty well? I may just get the first one and just trim an inch off exposing ONE of the two reflectors on the TYCs cause I think those have to be visible.

 

you shouldnt have a problem, people get pulled over for tinted tail lights because the brake light is not that visible. If you get the 1st one the brake light will be completely visible and you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

 

Coolio, thanks alot DJ08tC and those who helped me decide. I'll be getting in contact with BlueBat today. I'll have pics up when I get it on the car.. Im getting a Weapon R intake too so Ill throw out a few extra pics.
