Sorry guys, life's hectic with two young kids now, but to answer your question, yes, you can apply with lights on the car. Thats the prefeered methos for me .

I get an average of 120 emails a day nowadays, which is good, but answering them may take a few days. I'm playing catch up tonight, so hopefully I'll get to all of them in a couple hours

honestly I like the oval cut....reminds me of tsx fog lights......also, the oval cut may reduce glare if you plan to put on HIDS
