Two questions...I want the CF hood overlay, but I'm scared that with something that big, there would be a lot of messups...I am pretty good with this kind of stuff, but something that big scares me. Anyone able to give me some feedback on installation of the hood overlay. Second question, how much would the bumper overlay be and what colors are available? thanks!
well.. if the hood overlay comes in precutted then its really easy.... you take some blue tape or the other same kind of tape which is yellow..
place the vinyl on the hood.. and move it around until it is in its place then tape it across on the middle.. pill down the paper until the tape.. cut the paper off ( DONT CUT IT ON THE HOOD!!! you will scratch the hood!) so after you cut the paper just pull the vinyl back to its place but dont stretch it and start to squeegee it down from the tape.
when you finished take of the tape and pill back the rest of the paper then do the same thing... squeegee it down..
if you were lucky enough then you will have no bubbles..
if you install it wet then just pill the whole paper down ..spray it down, place the vinyl and use the squeegee............
