Some of the body panels on my tC don't seem to align with their adjacent panels. Like on the left side on my front bumper seems to be slightly sunken in where it meets my left fender. Same thing with my right quarter panel and rear bumper, and both my mud guards alight differently. Is this normal?

The only thing that I can think of that would cause something like that would be some kind of collision. Sometimes they don't out the body back together 100% correctly. That probably isn't likely with your car unless you bought it used. If you bought it new, then you shouldn't have any problems like that.
