This sucks! I broke my mirror last night and im wondering if anybody knows a place where I can buy just the plastic part and not the whole thing... oh and i searched alittle bit but im very lazy today so I included a picture for everyones enjoyment.

 

you are better off buying an after market side mirror..
finding just one piece for your oem side mirror is hard..
i u do find one.. color might not match..

ebay sells carbon fiber side mirrors for around $60 for both sides.. it will match up with your color really well!

 

yeah i thought about that. I can have it painted for free so im hoping i can just get the "shell" for under 50 bucks because all ive been able to find is the whole thing for 150. thanks tho

 

if that's the case.. why don't u fix the plastic part with molding compund, sand it down, then paint it over?

 

yeah, sucks how you break one little thing and you have to order a whole assembly to replace it.

 

i would fix it but the missing piece is MIA in a snow bank or somewhere

 

Let me talk to my friend he might let it go.

I have FM and I have them lying around since I put real CF mirrors on my car but that's not working well so I might want to go back to stock mirrors so I can't let them go.

 

Remember you can also paint Carbon Fiber. Kind of a round-about way of getting it fixed--and I have no idea how much the CF mirrors cost. But still.
