from what the picture shows it looks more like a bronze gold not bright yellow gold.

interesting as in you would be kind of "unique"

yeah its more of a bronze, but i think it would look hot, and very unique since i have yet to see one AP with bronze or gold rims

 

There was a recent thread where someone with an AP either painted their stock rims bronze or got some bronze wheels, so you might want to search and see what it looked like before trying it on your AP.

Personally I'm not feeling it, I don't like the look of any shade of bronze with AP. I think we've got the most difficult color to compliment compared to the others, even black centers don't seem to look so hot, but who wants boring silver? Good luck on your choice.

Edit: Found the thread, look HERE for pics of bronze stock wheels on an AP. You like that color combination? I don't, but maybe that's just me.

hhmmmmmm, well i like the color combo, but maybe since theyre stock rims they dont look soo good, the ones i want (pictured above) would be 18x7.5 so they would fill in much nicer

There's an AP tC that parks next to me at work with bronze 18's. I don't like the look. I think bronze is best with FM or BSP or even SW.

 

could u maybe take a pic, it would give me a much better idea of wat to decide

IMO, I think gunmetal with a polished lip would like nice on AP.

Go for it, be different. And honestly I would have went bronze if I had gotten the AP. Unless you're not trying to stand out from the crowd (other AP tCs), then yeah get black.

 

i still want a dark gold wheels on my NBM. have yet to see a picture other than one in an ad in a magazine. also have yet to have yet to have the money to make the purchase

those are my painted bronze stockies.

only reason i chose bronze was because i couldn't find gold wheel paint.

google HPD Hairpin and you can find a couple of sites that sell them, they are acctualy kinda hard to get in some places....
