If I didn't have an almost 5000 mile road trip coming up in 5 weeks I'd be down but has is way too expensive!

I agree I mean racingsolution has em for 480 shipped, now I dont know the quality and have heard good things about these but like i said were bringing alot of sales to them. I say 425 at least

yeah, on ebay they are selling a real vis hood for 485 shipped, no offence, i want a hood, but if im only saving 35 bucks, i can hold out longer, like i said, if its closer to 400, ill jump on it, but 450, i got alot of other things i really want, so keep us posted if the price drops anymore

 

and to even top that. i found a site where you can get and OEM style seibon hood for 480 shipped. and ive heard seibon is just about as good as it gets. plus the seibon hood comes with pre-drilled holes for the windshield wiper squirts

 

well my whole thing is, i wont even see the hood til everyone pays, whos to say it doesnt take almost up to a month, for 30 bucks more i know its on the way once payment is dropped, so unless the gb goes for the 400 mark shipped on the oem, count me out

 

And what if all these people say yeas, we get the price to 400 and then all of a sudden 5 people send money? Does that mean the people that did are going to get screwed and have to pay more?

^ +1 to that. cept for the OEM hood, if it goes for 400 shipped i am 100% in, but if its still 450 shipped im gonna have to think about it

 

how come none of you guys like the vader 2 .... hood looks awesome

 

My reason for not liking it is one, if those are open holes in the hood water will just pour into my engine bay, two if it is not open it is really stupid just cause it would be like buying a vent from autozone and gluing it to your car. I also am not a big fan of all that crap on the hood. Unless it serves some kind of purpose, like making room for a supercharger or something (not our cars). I like clean hoods.

 

400 + free shipping is awesome... if so, count me in for the OEM CF Hood.
