Thats the thing, everyone has personal tastes. Some like it, some don't. I personally like it. i gives and undefining edge to the front of the tC. If you need a car to advertise on, send me a message.

 

hmm its okay... i wouldnt mind have it on my tc. at least you'll look different from thousands of other scions and bring something new to car shows.

 

I understand that different people have different taste. I for one am very glad that different people like different things. I am just saying as a whole it seems the majority of the people do not like it. I just think these companies could capitalize on forums like this by making a sketch-up of a design and then posting it here for feedback. The products would come out better which is better for us as consumers and the companies. Just my .02.

personally i wouldn't mind it if the vents were straight...i don't like the fact that they're rounded off and the vents flare out.


how much for the hood anyway? it'll get some heat out of my engine bay.

 

You have a good point, we actually do that now for that same reason, this mold is one of the first Karmotion hoods we made before we started polling or asking for input.

 

Nice. In that case I agree with the other guy. I think the outsides of the vents are not bad... they actually follow the other hood lines. I think the inside of the vents needs work, I don't like how they curve... throws off the look of the car. I would say (and this is just my opinion) try to make the vents flow better with the shape of the car.

 

If that hot blonde lady came with the hood that is shown on their ebay. I would buy it

Since my main focus is on function over looks it seems just fine to me

I had the VIS hood for my road race Vette until I decided to get a whole new World Challenge body built for it, your tC hood looks just about the same and I liked it on the Vette.

BUT, I like the fact that it can let out a lot of heat from under the hood and help with down force at the same time.

That said, let me know if you would like to see one on a Time Attack tC;)
