Carbon Fiber Quality, $375-$600 What's the difference?
I want to buy a carbon fiber hood and lip spoiler. I'm finding prices from $375-$600 for the hoods. From what I found from searching all hoods have a fiberglass frame and layed carbon fiber layers. Most of these say clear coated or epoxy coated. I live in the south and don't have a garage. Do these fade? Some hoods say that theres are the best and the hoods rolled, coated bla bla bla. Is this all crazy mark up scams or do I need to make sure I buy a specific hood.
UV coating will prevent fading.
If you are paying 600 bucks for a hood, it better have an oem fit, pre drilled washer holes, rolled edges, double sided, UV coating, use oem mounts, and have one heck of a warrenty.

i paid 805$ for the kaminari and there is a big diff.. in qulity when it comes to carbon fiber and hoods, like he said one GOOD FITMENT (must have that) also how it is layed if it bad you can see it in the sun. also the underbody and structure and how it latches to the oem bracket when you close it for safty. the kaminari had all the above so i feel it worth it to pay extra if it going to look good and last longer! well and plus my girl paid for 300$ so it only 500$ for me hahahaha!
